It is the start of getting the right tools, the right support, and the right language to help them thrive.

That means early intervention.
That means asking questions.
That means letting go of "normal" and focusing on what actually works for your child.

Your job is not to make them fit the world.
Your job is to help them build the tools to move through it.

And honestly?

Some of these kids are not broken - they are just wired with a different kind of brilliance.
